My Design Work & Impact

I was independently responsible for the ads manager on AliExpress sellers' platform.

I redesigned the 3 ads product and release 1 brand new ads product.

I designed the first two versions of ads manager on mobile.

I released the survey to get users' feedback about the homepage of the ads manager after its release.


I closely worked with the business success team and content audit team to develop user stories for a workflow to streamline the collaboration between two teams when producing high-quality banner ads covering a big volume of products.


In order to reduce the learning curve for new users, I adopted consistent design when users create campaigns on different ads products.


I conducted user research to validate sellers' needs when adding a targeting audience for recommendation ads. I clarified the uncertainty and developed the user stories.

Audience targeting tag usage improved 3%

I analyzed the problem when sellers create content for ads and optimized the design.

The easier ads content creation tool improves the quality of ads. Also, it improved the ads click through rate (CTR).

I designed new features for security deposit and application when seller onboard AliExpress.

The success rate of seller onboard increase from around 50% to 60%

I analyzed the problems of overseas sellers when they register for promotions.

I conceptualized the calendar design. Meanwhile, I redesigned the home page for promotion activities.
